Pick n pay mislead me and money was never given back to me and the staff was rude

This happened Dec 2021 and I have put a review down and pick n pay never contacted me until this date...

So I've purchased a few items at pick a pay they gave me a R60 airtime as a reward... one of the items were faulty(music box) that cost me R299. I took it back and return it.. when I return it they gave me a R239 I asked them why you give me R239 as I paid R299 for the box.... pick n pay say No they taking back they reward which is the value of R60... I said to them but I never asked for it and I didn't even used the airtime.. I even gave the airtime back bcs it's useless to me... but they refused... they ripped me off..

How can you buy groceries....they reward you but when you bring one item back they take the reward back into cash..
