Pick n Pay Mislead

I received an promotional email from Pick n Pay online. They promoting these offers which suits my needs. I immediately clicked on the link and I got a message online saying " Well this is not grate" FYI I got the joke, nevertheless the link redirected me to the specials and the items I wanted was still not available. I waited until yesterday morning, the same message. Today I called the online help care, I spoke to a consultant which I can't remember her name. I waited about -+ 15 mins for someone to answer. When she answered, I stated my why I called. She kept saying the choice assorted biscuits 1kg is available, the more I'm saying it's not. I needed 8 boxes. She then asked which region I was in, I said Western Cape, she rep**** with it's not available there, only Gauteng.

Now my issue is, why send me promotional items which is not available. You make me waste my time, data and airtime to hear that nonsense. Whoever does your Marketing is doing it wrong. I am a Voice of Customer specialist and this is considered as misleading.

I'm very disappointed in Pick n Pay. Send promotional emails that benefits me in my region not Gauteng.
