Pick 'n Pay Mini Market Disaster

I wish to vent my concern and dissatisfaction with how the store has lost its meaning of customer service. The store was fun and worth going to before 2022 and, after the previous in-store management's departure, things have worsened. We miss the likes of Nhlanhla, Sihle, and Thandekile who during their tenure were professional and very helpful and now the opposite is true with the current management. The two recently assigned ladies seem clueless, and unprofessional and lack respect for their customers, let alone their subordinates. The store doesn't bring us the specials as advertised at the Mall and their prices are marked up, they bring the leftovers from the Mall to be sold here, and when you enter the store container, the temperature is unbearable due to heat and clutteredness. Their service is so slow, the stock is not always available, the ATM has not been working for years, and whenever you need money from the tills, it is always not available. the list is endless but we need the executives to intervene as we wonder, how are these individuals rated during the KPIs.
