Pick n pay Midway Mews bad service from the cashier and the supervisor Tebogo

Bad service at Pick n Pay midway Mews, the cashier just wants to help the next customer. I had to leave some items behind because they couldn't help me with my smart shopper. The supervisor (Tebogo) said it's pointless to call the smart shopper assist care line because they don't answer the calls. I feel that the current customer you are helping needs to be helped fully instead of just telling me that it will take time.
