Pick n Pay Meyerton - Such rude people!

Honestly disgusting. No humanity left, we just wanted to get one tin of milk for our baby and we we’re running late coming back from work and the security lady literally shut the door in our faces, we asked politely (through the glass) first but she stated they were closed it’s impossible to even consider letting us in. You could very CLEARLY see people still walking around in the shop still putting things in trolleys through the glass door, not even at the till yet. I’m sure if I was someone else she would have let me in to buy literally one tin of milk. Then walking out another male PnP employee kept commenting on how the stoor was closed and theres nothing we can do about it, it’s not their fault we came so late we should have planned better. We understand it was a little late but there were obviously still other people shopping, if they had also just spoken to us properly and not just tried to ignore us at first we would not have been this upset.

You need a different security company or to speak to them and staff about handling customers with more respect.
