Pick n Pay Melville Campus Square, A nightmare!

I am highly disappointed with the customer service at this store. Every visit has been an unpleasant experience due to unhelpful and unfriendly staff. It is clear that there is a lack of basic customer service training. Simple queries are met with indifference, and there is no effort to create a welcoming environment for customers. And the staff fights infront of customers.

This store urgently needs to invest in staff training to improve customer interactions. Until then, I would recommend avoiding this location if possible.
