Pick ‘n Pay megamart

I placed and order with your app at 8:59am this morning, only after I called several times was my order delivered after 12 and still eggs were all cracked open, yogurt was also broken and I had to send the order back with the driver….Spoke to a few of your consultants and a Manager who all promised re-delivery and now at 15:25 your driver can with only maize meal from my order and again I had to send him back and call your support number which I got cut coz I wasted all my airtime on this…..It’s now 15:40 and I still don’t have the order I placed at 9am and I am out of Airtime thanks to your Team. What kind of service is this? I still don’t get a call from you to explain what is going on and how it be fixed? If I cannot get my order today can I please get my money back into my bank account today still so I can go buy from other stores that won’t abuse me like this.
