Pick n Pay Meerensee do something about your Security at the door

Walked into store, at security OFFERED to show SECURITY my three year olds open packet of Smarties. She was already rude to my 18 year old nephew who was walking in shouting hey whats in your pocket as the alarm system triggered but it was not him as he was walking INTO the store. She could have spoken to him in a better manner, but I could see she was intent on tarnishing the stores name by what happened next....

She took the Smarties rudely and put on a sticker and then proceeded to drop the packet on the floor, which resulted in the sweets falling out of the packet. Obviously my child was upset.....She then literally just glared at me and the child, DID NOT SAY SORRY, continued to stare, and then made me pick it up. I told her she should say sorry she refused.

I took a picture of her for proof, in case the shift changed or she left, which she then proceeded to shout she will arrest me....Arrest me for what? Showing her the sweet packet when we entered the store? Did she deliberately drop the childs sweets I cannot say....BUT her not saying sorry as a normal human, and then making me pick it up sure did me make question her behavior. She is employed by BIDVEST, so definitely not someone intent on protecting your brand.

Please look at your footage....12:05 Friday...I did complain to Manager... she said she will address and was lovely and apologised.

There should have been an apology from the security since she dropped the sweets, a simple sorry and picking up the sweets and would have been nice. Instead harassing me to say I am not allowed to photograph her and she will arrest me is uncalled for...Pick n Pay Boardwalk security is also highly strange as well....
