Pick n Pay Medowpoint

Today I received bad service at Pick n Pay Meadowlands, it first started at the butcher there was one helper in the front and at the back a Women who was at the time mopping the floor and a Guy whom I am not sure what he was doing his name is Dennis, seeing that the one guy that was working in the front was extremely slow early in the morning I called Dennis and he was reluctant to come assist however I gave him a straight face and he eventually came and he rudely informed me that he was busy and I as a customer have no choice but to wait for the slow guy to finish what he was doing, I was surprized by this and I kept on looking at him through the window and they carried on talking with the lady that was mopping the floor after waiting for almost 20 minutes then the guy assisted me as if that was not enough at the tills there was not a lot of people however we waiting for sometime and I went to what I think is management office found a guy who looks like he is the manager busy on his mobile and directed the one guy to come see me, then I explained to the guy what bad service are they giving at their store. It is really bad cause customers are not being treated with respect at all. That is the reason I prefer shopping in town than in the township cause there is no level of respect that the customer is given.
