Pick n pay Meadowlands rotten food

I bought 2 snow ***** at Pick n pay Meadowlands around March. Both my daughter consumed the product. I started vomiting and had a terrible diarrhea couldn't sleep that night, my daughter started having the same symptoms and she was sweatin the following day while she was writing her exams and she was then move to the sick cause she couldn't finish her exams cause she was getting very weak and ha severe headaches.

When I fetched her from school she told me what happened to her, then i quickly rushed her to the hospital.I called pick n pay head office they suggested that i got to the branch but they will log a call or an enquiry for me.

I went to pick n pay Meadowlands where I bought rotten food. I found their manager and I related the whole incident to him. I gave him all my medical documents. He then later assigned his HR manager to take over the case. That HR manager never called me.

In June I went back to enquire about my pending case, the HR called their head office. Head office responded that they were documents that they will be needing from me to further evaluate my case that never happened. Its now end of October i never received any communication from them.

No matter how desparate i get I dont use Pick n pay stores and their rotten foods.
