Pick N pay ****** me !!!!!!!!!!

So I used pick n pay ASAP I placed an order at 13:39 my delivery time was supposed to be 15:00 - 15:30 after waiting for hours I then went to collect my delivery at pick n pay Kenilworth I spent hours on the phone with the call center wich didn't better my situation at all after speaking to zikho from the call center who couldn't even confirm which store my order was coming from did help my situation at all.

Never the less I then went to Kenilworth to collect my order after a long back and forth with both the customer service agent and store manager we eventually got our order I was then promised a credit of the delivery charge and something extra to compensate my now uber cost back and forth I was hoping that this would now salvage the relationship I had with pick n pay.

Not surprised that this didn't change at all no refund no compensation all of this from a reputable company such as yourself its not like my order wasnt the cheapest a R500 order boached and brushed off like it was nothing im sure that pick n pay won't even respond to this but I will make my voice heard on every socail media platform
