Pick ‘n pay Matjeke Market

The cashier at the PNP Matjeke market seem not to be well informed on how Discovery bank transactions work. Every time i get assisted by a different person i have to fight. I went to make a withdrawal using my Discovery bank card and the lady who was assisting me insisted i need to make a purchase before i can make a withdrawal.

I did not need to buy anything, so i told her i only need to make a withdrawal, i make my deposit at the same shop, i even ask for someone superior and they called a controller who also claimed Market does not work like a hyper. I must first buy something from the store. Fast forward i got to withdraw but the issue is that it has become a struggle making withdrawals using Nedbank and Discovery. They only alow free withdrawals for Tymebank most of the workers there say.

It is frustrating to go through the same way hing time and time again. Wish this can be resolved.
