Pick n Pay Maponya Mall sell rotten food

Pick n Pay Maponya is selling rotten biltong to its customers I bought biltong yesterday 08 October 2022 at the biltong kiosk trusting that it was packaged that day or previous but I was hit with a shock of my life when I opened it at home.

That smell was vile and I had to throw it out cause I live far and couldn't go back to the store. On top of that the "new staff" they are supposedly hire have and ****ty attitude and packed my groceries with cleaning agents which later sipped on my groceries. It was around 14:00 pm at till 26.

My biggest concern and disappointment is that Pick n Pay Maponya Mall was once a great place to shop but now its just like a typical boxer or cambridge and customer service has gone to the dogs.

The only highlight was when I requested assists in the washing machine section and this kind PnP employee went as far as looking for the person responsible for that section till he found which I was really grateful just forgot to get his name and the two gentlemen in the washing machine who assist and demonstrated as well as advised me, I really appreciate you guys those are assets in company, the rest are lazy and like have small meetings during working hours and when customers need help, one even refused to help because she was tired but she was able to talk to her colleagues in the appliances till section.

Its best it closes down shame since the employees don't respect their jobs then open a boxer or shop rite then we will understand because PnP is a big brand and shouldn't be associated with rotten biltong and bad customer service even PnP Princess Crossing is better, we going to the hypers for the specials but at this point I'll just focus on Checkers, I've never being disappointed.
