Pick n pay maponya

Good day

yesterday i went to maponya mall(pick n pay) with mom to go buy a gift, as we don't know the store that much, when we got in there where three ladies standing near the till, my mom asked where can she get the gift card e.t.c ( the person she was talking was Nonkululeko Supervisor) she told my mother that hthe gift card are in the stationery in a rude manner and my mom said i don't know where is the stationery please show me, she jsut pointed that side turn left after that she laughed thats what ****ed me off, we had to ask other staff to show us where is stationery.

For a full supervisor who treats her customers like, what does she do to staff, how did she even get the job, does she even know customer code and one of the staff said they have problem with Nonkululeko Supervisor with the way she treat the other staff and customers.
