Pick n Pay Mams Mall. Egte Braai Griller sausages was rotten, unpleasant/foul odor.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at your store, Pick n Pay Mams Mall which has caused me significant inconvenience and concern.

On Sunday, September 1, 2024, my husband purchased two packs of Egte Braai Griller sausages from your store. The sausages were properly stored in our refrigerator at home. However, when I opened one of the packs on Monday, September 2, 2024, I noticed an unpleasant off smell. Despite washing the sausages, the smell persisted and intensified while cooking, filling my kitchen with a foul odor. This was a horrible experience and entirely unacceptable.

I have been a loyal customer of Pick n Pay for many years and have always trusted the quality of your products. Unfortunately, this incident has greatly shaken my confidence in your brand.

I am incredibly inconvenienced by this situation and would like to know how Pick n Pay plans to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund, I don’t need any replacement for the defective product because I don’t trust it anymore.
