Pick n pay Mams Mall

My name is Tumi I stay in Mamelodi I like and always buy at Pick n pay Mams Mall,on the 7 th January 2021 I went to buy the special that they had of 2 kg tastic rice,5 kg Ace mealie meal,5 kg Golden cloud flour and 2 kg fattis n minis macaroni which they didn't have and the manager that was on duty by the name of Paul said I should pay and they will organise for me and call me but he didn't after 3 days I went and I found Sunday the manager and I explained to him what happens and he told me Paul went on leave,when I told him I want my macaroni he told me they don't have it and I must wait and i asked him wait for how long he said he doesn't know they will call me when they get the delivery.until today I'm still waiting they haven't said anything ,I wrote and email to customer services still no respond I'm tired and disappointed ,please help even the item I bought they finished and I'm still waiting.
