Pick n pay malvern

Today I went to pick n pay in malvern and experienced such pathetic behavior from the teller and manager. The teller, Princess Cele, was not friendly, she was in fact very stubborn and rude and it was obvious she wanted to keep chatting to get pals instead of working. When I asked to purchase cigarettes she was having a conversation with another lady in zulu and by her reaction she seemed to be annoyed at my request. It's so rude to speak another language in front of the customer!!!! The conveyor at this till was not working and when I enquired why it wasn't fixed, her response was it works then it breaks weekly they have this issue, cos at this point I was annoyed at her attitude and now at the fact I had to push my items and she was just grabbing it with total disregard. My things were not packed properly in the packets and it was shoved into the trolley. I then complained to the manager who lacks management skills, how on earth does pick n pay employ such *********** people. The manager didn't care and did absolutely nothing, makes me wonder if he's scared of he's employees. I PAY YOUR SALARY, TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT, YOU ARE NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR!!!
