Pick n Pay Mall of Africa - Uselsess

Terrible, terrible service. Empty shelves in fresh departments. Service in service areas are non existent. Cashiers try to see who can be slowest. Cashiers and other staff argue with one another while customers have to wait. No one has name badges. Wrong priced items which created further delays in queues to rectify.

I try and avoid this shop as far as possible. Confidently sure the Turnover in this store is way below its targets as Management seems to be on a joy ride, no pride no ownership - just a big mess. Pick n Pay need to seriously send senior management here more often to experience this circus for themselves. Checkers in the same mall is eating you up for breakfast.
