Pick n Pay Mall of Africa refused to exchange return of clothing items

I went to pick n pay Mall of Africa on Thursday to return 3 clothing items I bought for my baby. They were in mint condition but with shop tags but I have lost the slip due ro shopping under stress of new baby. I got there and upon stating my story and begging them to atleast exchange with juices or even a voucher, they refused, supervisor telling me not to compare them with other shops. No one bothered to offer help or atleast amicable solution. The clothes are not fit for my baby and he shall never wear them. I did not know what I will do with them. So I left them there at the till in their condition and I hope Pick n pay can get little extra profit by reselling bought clothes again. :-(.
