Pick n pay mall of Africa Brian Mtshali bad service

I had such a traumatic service with a manager at pick and pay mall of Africa. His name is Brian Mtshali😳when I was trying to explain my frustration since the driver who's name is Xolani ncunu returned with my order saying he called..of which I never received any call ..after all i expected a nock at the door..

When I told the driver said I didn't answer my phone to come pick my staff .. knowing I gave a code and address For the past 2 yrs I've been using pick n pay app with no complaints until today

I called the store and asked to speak to the manager all to find thd supervisor called Madintle Mavado was so Will to help 💯. I still requested to speak to the manager because the driver story didn't make sense

I never came across such a rude manager who never wanted to listen to my story..when busy explaining he cut me off saying he want to speak and using the word ."Lord can you let me speak" WOW I even laughed sarcastically.. when I kept quiet all he wanted to say is he can't say anything because he doesn't know what happened.

I tried explaining and asking questions he never heard time to listen, he was rude, disrespectful, not sympathetic.. definately he doesn't have customers skills..I even decided not to reorder because Madintle requested to do the order for me.

I believe from what I experienced with that manager...lot of customers are lost because of him

Big up to Madintle Mavado..she was able to calm me down and she was listening...emphethatic and good people's skills .she deserves
