Pick n Pay Mall of Africa bad service

The service we received from one of the cashiers from Pick n Pay mall of africa was very bad to a point that she couldn't hide her anger towards one of her managers when she was asked to assist customers because the queues were very long in the grocery side and she was just sitting in the liquor store with no customers but didn't want to assist us but kept talking to her "mngani" friend...when she gave my wife the incorrect pack of cigarettes she shouted that my wife asked for it....The P.O.S took the money from the account but declined it we asked for the receipt in case it doesn't refund and she said she threw it in the bin with no care in the world. But her mood and dissatisfaction towards her managers/supervisor was blatantly visible and took it out on the customers
