Pick n Pay Mall at reds worst service

Pick n Pay. Mall @ Reds. I have a very specific issue and I am dure I am not the only one yhis has happend too. This is now the second time I have bought groceries from this pick n pay and when I get home some items which I have paid for as per my slip is not in my bags. Today was the last of this. Bought cheese among other things, got home and there is no cheese in the bags how is this possible. On my till slip it shows that the cheese was paid for. So where is it.? Called pick n pay, the moment you ask to speak to the manager they put you on hold for 5min then the phone dies. When you call again it just leeps ringing. Why do we have to pay for our groceries and then not receive it. Its poor service and if I paid for something I want it.
