Pick n Pay MAITLAND is DISGUSTING

OSAMBA or whatever the hell his name, is one SICK, LOATHSOME, BLATANTLY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL and UTTER *********** FOOL of a manager. I WAS THERE TILL THE STORE EMPLOYEES LEFT and even the LIGHTS WERE OUT. Imagine spending an hour and a half hours (1 HOUR, 30 MINUTES) in a shop, standing around like I have nothing to do, waiting for person who clearly sees me and just doesn't want to attend to.

After asking for him and then having to waiting for 30 minutes, he comes just says he won't do a return for me, with no valid reason. He didn't hear what I had to say, he didn't what else I came for, he just said that and walked away whilst I was still taking, IMAGINE. I am simply so disappointed and disgusted. He has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, none whatsoever. His services were appalling, does he even have any managerial training ?

He was so rude, he kept on coming back and seeing I was still there (raising his voice saying some bull even a fool would never buy and then walks away) I told him I was not going anywhere until he attended to me properly.

Even the employees says he's always like that, I don't understand how the owners let a person of that sort manage their store. Perhaps he has shares there, because the way he's so full of himself and treats customers I'm his sure his bosses are well and choose to do nothing about it, is just so unbelievable, because I was also told I was not the first customer who was unhappy with his services. I also thought foreigners had good customer services, but after yesterday I can definitely say it's maybe only Zimbabweans who know how to deal and treat customers well.

He had no way of talking and he just was interested, he should leave his personal problems at home, now because of his stinking attitude, that family store has lost a loyal customer. I liked that Pick n Pay simply because it is a walking distance from my house, now I don't care I will drive whether I have petrol or not either to Centre Point, Canal Walk or even Strand Street. I will not be treated like that by anyone and expect to still pay my hard earned money on ****, they sell old stuff anyway, their fellow foreigners can continue shopping there.
