Pick N Pay Maitland

I went to Pick N Pay Maitland to buy the cigarettes at their liquor outlet as usual,as I was approaching the till I noticed there isn't the staff I was looking for I asked the packer to bring for me from the store.There he started with the attitude telling me he is not gonna do that and I asked why because whenever I go buy there , they do that and he insisted he can't do it. I asked the clueless cashier by the name of Nosibulele Madosi who also said they can't do it. I went to the store and asked for the manager and I explained to him and he told me they weren't supposed to do that. He therefore assisted me. But the attitude he also got from both his guys is disgusting. Pick N Pay Maitland is such a disappointment to its client. The service is **** , very very very bad. It's a closest store in this community but you have to think otherwise before you go buy there. Very unprofessional staff. Untidy,rude, securities without the uniform,no name tags,no customer service it's disgusting 😡😡😡
