Pick 'n Pay Maburton -Panorama service sucks!!!

Good day, I do not know if I should just make peace with the fact that Pick n' Pay Panorama in Malburton (Joburg South) renders poor service or not. Today I got a shock of my life when I asked one of the staff members, a lady by the name of Ebenya to show me where margarine is and she told me that "I am tired..."at first I thought she was joking but when I saw the impatience in her face I knew that I am in for a rough shopping experience. To be honest I did not report her to the front desk because in September around the 09th I came in and bought pies and the gentleman helping me just put the pies in packes and pasted the price tag on the side leaving the package gaping. when I asked him to do it right he said I can also do it myself because he is busy and he turned his back on me and continued with his other duties. I then reported him to a lady by the name of Christine who really took my complaint very casually and promised to sort it out and give me feedback. she never did and I visited the shop later on and she told me that he is scheduled for a DC. now there is one thing common between the two staff members involved. they are foreign nationals and please don't get me wrong I am not raising a xeno card here but I think the training is not proper based on the responses I got from them. I don't expect a response since no one bothered to give feedback even after sendi a letter through PnP website. PnP Mulburton service really sucks!!!
