Pick n Pay Mabopane Central City... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY RENOLDA MASHAO🚮

Went to Pick n Pay Mabopane Central City this morning and was queuing at the kiosk cashier since I had only 3 items... Only for the Manager TEBOGO MOLEKOA OR RENOLDA MASHAO (I'm mistaken by the name because they both look ALIKE and are both manager's) who was I guess in charge of the Frontline control when coming to the cashiers breaks, he removed all customers who was queuing at the kiosk and told us to go stand at the longer que where customers had trollys full on items, when we ask why is he doing that... and I quote " He answered the cashier at the kiosk till had to go to her tea break, and that what did we expect when coming to the store in December there's always a long que, we have to wait." At that time only 3 tills where open in the whole store....Customer's left they're shopping trolleys/basket's and went out of the store after he said that. He continued with his run arounds and didn't even care. Imagine a whole manager behaving like that towards customer's, sies. I'm no more shopping at Pnp Mabopane Central City... They have POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS🚮
