Pick 'n Pay - loser store

This shop is located in Klipfontein, Witbank. The staff is unfriendly and it seem that the store is only using skeleton staff because only a few cashiers is on duty every day. Management is non existent, and when we try to lodge a complaint regarding the poor service, nobody is available or the complaint is for someone else attention. The store is untidy and the food department is not very clean or inviting. When asked for someone to serve us the lady said nothing, just looked at us and walked away. Clearly this store does not care about the customers and do not care if it loses its customers. Shame on you Pick 'n Pay, Klipfontein.

I now go to another Pick 'n Pay store about 5km from our area where it is a pleasure to shop, clean, friendly people and a great variety of prepared foods.
