Pick n pay longbeach mall, Cape Town bad customer treatment

Just had a very bad experience at pick n pay longbeach mall, when I got to the store at 17:51 & the store was to close 18:00, they were turning everyone back, as I was about to leave they called a guy to come in and they closed the door. Then another security came to call someone in again then I went close to ask whats happening then they said no he is helping some lady inside. Just to prove to myself I waited for the guy to come out & I asked him how was he let in & he said the security is his friend & I asked him about the lady he was helping then he said what lady. I was very hurt & disappointed with pick n pay on how we were treated today as customers
