Pick n Pay local in Retreat - Worst customer experience ever

I went to Pick n Pay Local in Retreat and wow the service that i have received from the cashier Jamie Davids was the worst..... Throughout the years that ive been going to this pick n pay i have never been so disrespected, i buy my meat there every month and i will never go there again.

I feel she needs to be educated on how to speak with customers.

She needs to be taught that customerd are greeted, ask them if they have a smart shopper card, you thank a customer not just put the change on the counter and start helping the next customer...

So paid to my stuff and went to the kiosk as i needed cigarettes and to check my lotto tickets, no 1 to assist as i was toask the packer, Jamie Davids shouts from the till that i must go back in que as that till is closed. NO TILL CLOSED SIGN. My husband goes to que then a different cashier comes and is asked by Jamie Davids to assist as there is more people standing at the kiosk. I ask what is happening becaused i was told to stand que now people that came after me are being assisted. She starts shouting from her till point with a customer in front of her speaking affrikaans " jirre god" you can mos see there's no 1 there.

To cut the story short she is a very rude woman...
