Pick n Pay Liquor store Boulders unsatisfied customer!!!!!

Good day,

I bought liquor in Pick n Pay Forest Hill on 22/10/2020 and I told the lady that was assisting me that I'm not good when is comes to liquor because I dont drink alcohol. The lady from Pick n Pay in Forest Hill give me an excellent service but she didnt tell me that we cannot return alcohol.

I went to Pick n Pay Boulder on 25/11/2020 and I explain to the lady behind the count that I bought wrong alcohol and I need to exchange. I dont want cash. She said she will ask form the manage if she is allowed to exchange. She told me to go to the manager Daphney Sethuki. Daphne said to me" You dont know that we dont return alcohol" because there is **** alcohol (Attitude). I said if i knew I wouldnt be here. She was extremely rude and I said is this how you treat your cusmoters. She gave me a dont care look. I called Pick n Pay Woodmeat and I ask the lady if is how they treat their customer by being rude and she said no. She transferred from call the to the manager and the manager said he can assist me and he does;nt have aproblem. I said woodmeat is far from where I stay.

Daphney left her table without coming with the solution regarding the issue that I had. She was not whilling to assist at all. I than put the alcohol on the counter and informered her that i will not live the store with outgetting assistance she still gave me an attitude i than left the store leaving the alcohole and the reciept at pick n Pay Boulders. Till today no one has called me or asked me if i was assisted.

im really disgusted with the managers way with customers, disappointing as i am a pick N pay customer for many years.
