Pick N Pay liquor Manager's behavior (Kwaggafontein mall)

I am extremely disappointed with the services I received from Pick N Pay liquor Kwaggafontein Mall(Mpumalanga). It is quite shocking to receive such a service more especially coming from the manager whom his name is Simon if I am not mistaken.

First I was looking for Amstel 440 and only to find 330s so I had to speak to him as we had this conversation before. I said to him why do you keep ordering 330s and not 440s and his answer was shocking. He said he doesn't order, brewery just delivers and you could tell that he is not interested and yet he is a manager. That statement alone you could tell that he think he is smart and me as a customer I know nothing. I said to him but as a manager you should tell them what your customers want and he said that is not his duty if I have issues I can send an email to brewery which I find hard to believe especially coming from a manager of the store.

What I have picked up is that Pick N Pay liquor's manager(Simon) doesn't care about us as customers that is what I have observed and also belittle us as customers cause he is rude and I don't know how Pick N Pay hiring process goes about cause clearly this guy doesn't respect customers and he what's to show it to everyone that he is in charge.

Please help me as Pick N Pay liquor is that only store I buy my alcohol and cant not allow people like Simon to make me choice.
