Pick n pay limpopo mall poor service

I am writing this extremely disappointed as usual about the level of service that I consistently recieve at pnp limpopo mall in limpopo,Polokwane

I get there today and ask for a cash back and the woman by the name of Ivy says she doesmt have and afterwards says next customer, I am standing there puzzled as to what should i do next the queue keep on increasing on the other tills amd I am expected to go til by till asking if they have money

1.why does she not call her supervisor to assist me in finding the cash back 2. she is very rude and says to me why am I making noise for her, she cannot stop working because se doesnt have the money I need.. is it a way to talk to customers? If she does not want to work she can go stay at home and allow people that are unemployed yo come and work and lastly if pnp limpopo mall does not want to offer cash withdrawals have them put up a sign on the wall by the entrance so that we go use our cards elsewhere

The level of poor service here is disappointing and should definitely be looked into
