Pick n pay Limpopo Mall Kiosk-rude cashier

Most of the time,the kiosk at pick n pay,people pay there when you have either 1 or 2 items. JOHANNAH with a rude attitude..told me to go pay at the tills and there were queues for people buying extra items...and that time,she could see I'm Pregnant..she said I must go pay there because she wants to pack the cigarettes..I left there and went to the tills,purchased those 2 juice I had nd boom wen I pass by the KIOSK,there were people making payments...what is this called??
