Pick N Pay lies about their prices again

I went to Pick n pay Lifestyle Centurion and purchased 9 Alibaba chocolates (along with some other groceries). The promotion advertised on the shelf was 3 chocolates for R19. When I got to the till, the special was not app****. I asked the cashier and she says she doesn't know anything, Then the manager, rude as ever, says I must show him. I was in a hurry so I said you know what, just remove it from my items. The cashier had a callous attitude, the manager complains that I am wasting the other customer's time. So I asked him what about my time that they are wasting, I asked him to remove everything from my shopping list because I was leaving. I told him you know Pick n Pay has the double your difference policy, he laughed at me and said there's no such thing. Eventually I said let's go to the shelf so I can prove to him that the price is what I said it was, he said he is busy and he has other customers waiting. His name is Bongane Mothabuhle (according to him). The attitude of the staff at Pick n Pay Lifestyle in Centurion is pathetic to say the least. Very disappointed with their lack of knowledge and utter disrespect for the customer.
