Pick n Pay liers

Hello Peter. I purchased a blender from pick n pay in Woodmead. I used the blender 4 times and then I noticed that it was leaking. I then took it back to the store. I was told that due to the lockdown, I will get it back after 21 days. After 30 days I went to get my blender, and I was told that it's not yet back. I then went there again on Monday the 2nd of November 2020, the lady that assisted me told me that the blender is not at the shop. This now is after 3 months since they had the blender with them. I then asked her to please contact the place where they sent the blender to for repairs and ask them, when should I expect to get my blender. She made a phone call, and then told me that the person she talked to doest know where the blender is, she then said, she's going to call me tomorrow which was on Tuesday. I did not receive a call from her. They are treating me like a person who's money is different from other people's money. The fact that she **** about a simple thing, what else are they lying about.
