Pick ‘n Pay licenses disc renewal

Tried to use Pick n Pay’s license disc renewal service, what a disappointment. Paid them in October 2022 for to renew and courier the license disc, mid November 2022, they sent me a picture to say it was renewed but now its end of January 2023, and I have not received my license disc. Send them messages on their whatsap number and emails, but it looks like they are ignoring me. Disappointing for such a big company.
