Pick n Pay license Disc Renewal: DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SERVICE

I submitted all the required information prior to my license disc expiring end of November 2022. However, no communication from their service provider till January 2023. My car license expired and I requested for a refund and no communication. Eventually I got the Pick n Pay customer service line and they finally shared a telephone number to call this service provider. The phone just rings and they do not respond to any emails. I paid R850 and its now down the drain. I had to pay again to do it myself to get the license disk. I would NOT RECOMMEND you use this service at all.
