Pick n Pay License Disc Renewal DO NOT APPLY

I tried their vehicle license disc renewal service for the first time, terrible client service. App**** end of last month for the renewal, on 4 March 2023 payment opened and I paid.

On 13 March 2023 they send me an email asking for my delivery address, mind you their online portal does not allow you to set this up, so I sent it via email like they asked. On 24 March 2023 I get a notification about not paying; so I reply and say I already paid on the 4th. Same day they ask for the delivery address AGAIN and I send it yet again. Then they send me the 'updated renewal cost please pay' notification yet again. I send them the receipt and my delivery address just in case. I haven't heard from them since, its the 27th.

Why does it take more than 1 month to complete the order after they claim 10 working days WHAT A JOKE would not recommend this to anyone just go to the post office yourself and get it done in 2h instead of over a month. My license expires in 5 days.
