Pick n Pay license disc renewal

Pick n Pay license disc renewal is a ****, I renewed my disc online and paid at the store a month before the expiry date of the disc but they failed to renew it until it expired, had to call them every day for refund and they refund the money after 2 months, extremely poor service rather go to post office than pick n pay
