Had a very bad customer service experience at pick n pay Letsheng Mall store, the cashiers are unprofessional as well as the superiors. The other day the superior was fighting a cashier right in front of a customer over issues that has nothing to do with work.

The superiors and the management are biased they never listen to your query or resolve it
