PICK N PAY LET'S US PAY AND DOESN'T DELIVER

Pick n pay mall of the north took my order for delivery at 5H14 pm and didn't communicate anything to me except that they keep saying my order will be delivered in an hour until now it shows that my order is being wrapped up while the store closed at 7pm already. I spoke to Natalie on the customer care department and she told me that my order will only be delivered tomorrow morning. How is that possible while on the app it showed it will be delivered today? If I didn't call customer care when was pick n pay going to inform me of the mishap they did on their part? I then ask for a refund because I wanted and waited for the groceries today, Natalie says my refund will be given back to me in 7 to 14 working days and refuses to send me an email entailing how pick n pay messed up my order. Well pick n pay I want my money back today so that I can go buy groceries from a retailer that won't take me for a ride
