Pick 'n Pay Lemon tree horrible service

Today I went to Lemon Tree Mall, Alberton. We had gone to purchase long life milk, on picking the milk behind us there was Jacobs Decaf priced at around 145 rands. Get to the till we are told, it is around 239 rands.

We objected. I went with the lady from till, she saw it. Message was relayed to her supervisor. She went and took the pictures. It turned out Jacobs Decaf was placed on two prices 144 and 239 rands. That was now used to say I should have looked at the other price. I must also remember that this decaf coffee is expensive. She rebuffed me, and refuting my query with no apology whatsover.

Whilst there another customer had issues around another misleading regarding Jacobs. I am going to taking with the consumer council.

It is upsetting to see lack of accountability, dismissive attitude that one was subjected to.
