Pick n Pay Langeberg Mall - SHOCKING MANAGEMENT

I drove all the way from Reebok to Pick n Pay Langeberg Mall to buy diapers that were advertised in a pamphlet. When I arrived, all the diapers had different prices, but I selected two packs based on the sale price advertised. I was told the price didn’t apply, even though it matched the pamphlet description.

This is not the first time — it has happened three times in the last six months, and every time I’ve been made to feel like I was the one who was wrong. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the shelves are completely disorganized, most of the barcodes don’t match, and if you ask for help, staff just shrug their shoulders.

In the end, I left the diapers and bought them at Clicks instead, where I was treated with respect. The customer service at this store is non-existent, and I will not be returning.
