Pick ń Pay lack of care for their customers

I slipped and fell on a pool of sanitizer in Pick ń Pay in Winklespruit and torn a muscle in my right shoulder. They accepted responsibility and referred the matter to their insurers for settlement of cost incurred, which will include an operation as recommended by a specialist. I have been given the runaround for more than a year now i.e. Pick ń Pay refer me to their insurers and the insurers tell me "we will make an settlement offer within the next week " three times in the last 8 months. I still experience pain and limited use of my arm and service like this proof that they only care for their customers if they can make money from you.
