Pick ‘n Pay La Lucia Complaint 😡

Hi there. I am very unhappy with service from Pick ‘n Pay in La Lucia🤮🤮!!! I have encountered many incidents where I feel unappreciated. Today (11/04/2023) I went to the store to purchase a file when I got there there were so many files under “wrong price” when I called for help the guy who was in charge of the department told me straight to my face that I will not get the file with the price that I saw and right in front of me he fixed the files and he put it under the accurate prices, he made it seem as if it was my fault that the prices were put in correctly! His exact words were “thats not hoe things are done here” I took a picture of the files that were put in the wrong place. I ended up leaving without getting the file that I wanted and at the price that I saw 😕Not only that, the service at Pick ‘n Pay is always pathetic. I am not the only one that has an issue with Pick ‘n Pay (La Lucia), I have also experienced a lady that works there shouting at me as if I’m stupid in front of other customers! I am really unhappy & frustrated at Pick ‘n Pay!!!
