Pick n Pay Kyalami on Main #worstcustomerserviceever

I purchased Xbox live vouchers from Pick n pay Kyalami on main for my nephews for Christmas. When I got home I realized that it was the incorrect item. I went back to return the vouchers I was told that I could only return the vouchers on the 27th as there was no one who could assist me. I returned to the store on the 27th and was told that they could not assist me as they needed to get assistance from finance in Cape Town. Today the 3rd of Jan, I called the store and was told by Zandi (the store manager) that I should try and sell my vouchers to someone else or alternatively drop the vouchers with her and if a customer purchases x box live vouchers she will try and sell it for me.

I am appalled at the suggestion.....
