Pick n pay Kyalami and drivers are ****ers

I placed an order @9:39 am today order number:***. And the said delivered few hours after 10am. Driver is no where to be found,the call centre agent told me ill get my order or refund nothing till now. I. Faili g to understand why pick n pay Kyalmi ****s people with their online asap app when they don't deliver. They normally deliver which the need an access code to access my estate. No call ,nor callback was made by their driver but on their app it says order was delivered. It doesn't matter how much it cost but why do we need to be ****ed. We fear Covid now we must fear ASAP pock n pay Kyalami store. I asked if I should go collect to the store and I was told no. No refund no good. I ****ed hate this. I called both the store and call centre no help till now.
