Pick n Pay Kloof - Poor service from Cashier and Manager Traven

Saturday i went to pick n pay Kloof village road to buy some groceries it was around 17:20 took a trolley and i started my shopping lights were off from fridges i couldn't even see inside so I asked gentlemen to help me to find what i was looking for, i continued one of the cashier ran to the aisle and said you are the only one in the shop now i said ok she didn't even greet me or formally address me i started rushing and a manager called Traven rudely came to me and said the shop is closed i said okay let me get one more thing i will leave and i asked him where can i get a can of corned meat he did not reply instead he frowned went to the next aisle he followed me angry and shouting "THE SHOP IS CLOSED" he forced me to make my way to the till and pay he was keep on telling strories that i didn't wanna hear i ended up not not getting what i was looking for i asked me what time do you close he said @ 18:00 and that time it was 17:58 the way i was rushing to the till in a panic i even drop my phone and my screen cracked and the The shopping experience was very very poor store was too dark because they wanted to close light were off already by the time i got into the store.
