- Hello Peter. My husband and I would like to say CONGRATULATIONS to the French family, owners of the Pick and Pay Family Store in Kloof KZN and all of their staff. To the French family we would like to say a huge thank you for the professional way in which you operate your store, it's quite amazing in this day and age quite unique infact. We can't name every staff member as you all do a brilliant job, but we do need to say a huge thank you to Tanya, who has done miracles at the butchey counter!!!! Yippie yay always there for all of us. Thank you kindly from the bottom of our hearts for caring for your customers, especially for us pensioners, who sometimes need just that little bit of help, and some of us a little more than others, and its always a done with a willing and smiling face, its almost like nothing is too much trouble for you guys. No wonder we keep coming back and back and back to your store. . Tks for being there for us, how privileged we all are for your utmost kindness always. Your respect for us is incredible An incredible store, always going the extra mile for all of your customers, its amazing . .Tks for keeping your prices competitive, especially on Pensioners Tuesday, also an extra bonus. .
