PICK N PAY KILLARNEY MALL

I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed by the services I received at Pick n pay In Killarney mall. I am very revolted and was embarrassed by the stuff, her name is "ASIPHE" she is the rudest person to ever serve me and unfortunately it's not the first time she being rude. So yesterday I was at Pick n pay to get a few essentials and the lady blatantly refused to assist me after I have asked to leave my things by the tills and come back, she told me to go to the other servers as she won't help me. She told me to and I quote " do whatever you wanna do, I do not care I am busy" she said this in front of other customers and I felt so embarrassed. I didn't wanna cause drama I left to go and get another server. After that I went straight to the management and the guy didn't even try to assist me he just told me that, I quote " she was wrong and was not supposed to do that." No reprimand nor questions towards "ASIPHE" Non whatsoever, I wasn't taken seriously by guy who said he was the store manager, and I feel ridiculed.
